TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • when booking online it will be a card capture. If you cancel/ re schedule in less than 48 hours of your booking you will be charged 50% your treatment price. no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

  • I do not allow children in the salon under any circumstance.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged 50% of the total treatment price and your appointment will be unable to go ahead.

  • if you are unwell please reschedule your appointment. Your household must be cleared off S&D for 48 hours before attending.

  • If you experience any issues after treatment, please get in touch as soon as possible. Anything outside the 24-hour window will be classed as an aftercare issue.

  • Strictly no refunds.

  • I will not infill other people's eyelash work and will need to know if lashes need to be removed beforehand so i can allow more time on the appointment for lashing.

  • If you turn up with any contraindications I'm unaware of such as damaged eyelashes and as a result your treatment is unable to go ahead out of my control you will be liable to pay 50% of your treatment price still.

  • Your loyalty card will be valid for 9 months from first use and if you lose it I will have to issue you with a new one that will have to be started from scratch. If you forget your loyalty card I cannot add it on at the next time.

  • Some treatments may require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first treatment.

  • You will only be able to use your loyalty card when spending over £20.00.

  • Please adhere to all my aftercare advice that i provide to get the most out of your treatment.

  • You will not be able to have extensions if you’ve had a lash lift & tint in the last 6 weeks,
