Eyelash tinting is very beneficial for people with light eyelashes. If you are a new client you will need a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS I do not allow children in the salon under any circumstances. Please note if you are a new customer you will require a patch test 48 hours prior to your treatment, this is stated on the website before you book. If you turn up without your patch test we will not be able to go ahead, and this will be charged at full price. I will be requiring a non-refundable £10 deposit to secure any booking. I will contact you to take this after you have booked. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice you can move your deposit to a different date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will lose the deposit and have to pay the remaining balance. In regards to eyelash extensions, I will not infill other people’s work and I will need to know if lashes need to be removed so I can allow more time on the appointment for lashing. If you come to your infill appointment with less than 50% of your eyelashes left, this will be charged as a full set. If you experience any issues after treatment, please get in touch as soon as possible. Anything outside the 24-hour window will be classed an aftercare issue. Your loyalty card will be valid for 9 months from first use, and if you lose it I will have to issue you a new one that will have to be started from scratch.
